deployments.csv: all coordinates and stationing names are fictional.
platforms.csv: flight times and cooldowns are abstract game seconds.
effects.csv: abstract display/exposure units, not physical blast or dose models.
objects.csv: fictional scenario objects, not actual strategic targets.
scenarios.csv: game pacing and launch caps.
There are no real bases, patrol tracks, targeting plans, yields, interception
calculations, meteorological fallout predictions or operational weapon ranges.
Platform selection uses available fictional stations in a stable rotation.

PERSONAL REPORT
Exposure combines simplified geometric effects and a shelter modifier.
The survival index is NOT a percentage probability. No empirical survival
model has been fitted or validated. Seven-day outcomes are not modeled.
